Please rebook your entire order with the correct details within 48 hours from the time the incorrect booking was made. We are unable to make partial refunds / amendments to a booking once you have completed purchase. Once you have rebooked, e-mail us on [email protected] and we will refund your original order

Unfortunately due to the strictly limited number of seats, if a male or female books the incorrect ticket, we will be unable to accommodate a seat for them. Ticket holders are encouraged to check their ticket type before completing their purchase & after order confirmation. All our tickets as per the terms and conditions agreed prior to purchasing are non-refundable. Tickets are transferable only to the same type. For example, a male ticket cannot be transferred to a female and vice versa. Please contact us informing us to whom you wish to transfer tickets to.

No, you will need to rebook your ticket for the correct event. You must rebook your ticket within 48 hours of the incorrect booking, please e-mail us on [email protected] and we will refund your original order inshaAllah. If there are no tickets available for the other event we will be unable to process a refund.

Round table seating. Our staff will guide you to your seat. We will ask for a table to be filled up before opening up seats on another table. Please try to arrive in your groups if you wish to be seated together. 

Due to logistics we are unable to seat an entire family together therefore the seating will be split into two sections, male and female. Male ticket holders will sit in the male section and female ticket holders will sit in the female section. If all the male / female members of the family wish to sit together, we will try to accommodate this however we cannot guarantee this.

Only children above the age of 11 are permitted at this event. There are only Adult tickets available for this event therefore they will be seating in respect to the type of ticket they hold.

Iftar is included within the ticket price. We are unable to cater for any specific dietary requirements

The venue is a large venue so there is plenty of space for yourself if you just want to hear the wonderful recitation.
